New Participant Account Management Tool—Coming Soon!

Later this year, the General Board will launch a new, online account management tool for participants: Benefits Access. The current Benefits Access—a tool used by plan sponsors to administer participant accounts—will be henceforth referred to as Benefits Access for Plan Sponsors.

This new participant tool will replace the Online Account Services Information System (OASIS) as the online destination for participants to manage their General Board-administered retirement accounts. Benefits Access will offer new functionality, such as:

The application also will retain the functionality currently available through OASIS—allowing participants to change investment elections, transfer between investment funds, rebalance accounts and elect the LifeStage Investment Management Service.

The July issue of Hark contains a short article about the new Benefits Access participant account management tool. More information will be released in the coming months.
