Second-quarter participant statements were mistakenly sent in a green envelope, which carried a message encouraging participants to sign up for electronic delivery. This mailing was sent in error—the notice was intended for later this year to coincide with the launch of the Benefits Access account management application, announced in Hark.
Please accept our apology for this miscommunication. More information about Benefits Access and electronic delivery options will be available in the coming months. The General Board’s Customer Service department is available to address any questions at 1-800-851-2201. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Central time.
