Participant OASIS will soon be replaced by Benefits Access, a new account management tool. Benefits Access offers improved benefits projection capabilities, electronic delivery options, educational resources and much more.
The General Board will host conference/plan sponsor webinars previewing the new participant account management tool. Webinars will be offered:

The Wespath Institutional Portal and Benefits Access Portal will be unavailable on Saturday, August 20 beginning at 6:30 a.m., Central time, for system upgrades. Both systems are expected to be back online by no later than Sunday, August 21 at 6:00 p.m., Central time. Changes will be made to:
The updates also will provide enhanced reporting capabilities, enabling internal and external users to collect information for reports and presentations.
Note: If you are using IE8 or IE9, some screens may be formatted incorrectly. The application is still fully functional; however, you can resolve the formatting issues by running the application in “Compatibility View.” The “Compatibility View” button is located in the tool bar, usually next to the “Refresh” button.
