Participant Mailing—2014 Wellness Incentives
A promotional brochure highlighting 2014 wellness incentives mails this week to all participants in active plans (PPO and CDHP). Participants can read more details in the 2014 Incentives Frequently Asked Questions—available on the WebMD login page (no password needed).
Plan sponsors are encouraged to use January 2014 HealthFlex Toolkit materials to promote incentives opportunities to their participants. The Toolkit is available on the General Board extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123) under HealthFlex Tools & Resources. February Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Save the Dates
Please mark your calendar to participate in the next HealthFlex plan sponsor webconferences, which are scheduled for:
- Wednesday, February 19, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., Central time; and
- Thursday, February 20, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Central time
An agenda and dial-in details will be distributed via HealthFlex Express prior to the webconferences.
Enrollment/Change Form—Updated
The HealthFlex Enrollment/Change Form is now updated and streamlined. Please use this revised form to:
- Enroll new participants
- Add or drop dependents
- Make or change contribution deductions for participants who receive monthly retirement or disability benefit payments
- Indicate health reimbursement account (HRA) amounts for Extend Health participants
- Decline coverage (participant’s choice)
The updated form is available on the General Board extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123) under Plan Documents-Forms-Guides. Contact the Health Team at 1-800-851-2201 with any questions about the HealthFlex Enrollment/Change Form.
