Vendor Migration to WageWorks and Businessolver—Training and Update

Please note these details regarding the transition to WageWorks and Businessolver.

Plan Sponsor Training

• Wednesday, August 27, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Central time; and
• Thursday, September 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Central time.

Both sessions will cover the same content regarding the WageWorks and Businessolver systems, so choose the date that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff. We strongly encourage all HealthFlex plan sponsors to include at least one representative in this training. Training dates were initially announced in an e-mail dated July 29.

Dial-In Details for Plan Sponsor Training

The General Board offers webconferencing through AT&T iConnect.

To connect your computer to the webconference (recommended), click here.

• Enter your name and e-mail address.
• Click “call me” on the screen with call-in information.
• At the prompt, enter your phone number. The webconferencing system will automatically call your telephone to connect you to the webconference.

To participate by telephone only (audio portion only; no computer):

• Dial 1-888-858-6182.
• Enter the meeting access code 5309958 when prompted, followed by the pound sign (#).

The webconference online portion is optional but strongly encouraged because the vendors will provide website screenshots and demonstrations. The online portion will enhance your ability to follow along and understand concepts during the conference call.

Vendor Migration Updates

• WageWorks implementation went “live” on Monday, August 18. Participants and spouses received WageWorks Healthcare Cards in the mail prior to August 18. Cards that were deactivated in error were re-activated as of August 20 and are currently available for use. Participants can call WageWorks at 1-877-924-3967 with questions about debit cards or claims.
• The original Businessolver implementation “go live” was September 1; however, due to successful progress made, the new system will be accessible to participants and plan sponsors next week immediately after the August 27 training. Please note that there will be no direct participant communication regarding system availability; the first formal communication regarding the new system will be incorporated into 2015 HealthFlex Annual Election materials.

September Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Save the Dates

Mark your calendar for the next HealthFlex plan sponsor webconferences. These are scheduled for:

• Tuesday, September 23, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., Central time; and
• Thursday, September 25, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Central time.

An agenda and dial-in details will be distributed prior to the webconferences via HealthFlex Express.

Q2 Claim Experience Reports Delayed

Delivery of claim experience reports for Q2 2014 will be slightly delayed as we adjust the pharmacy data in the HealthFlex data warehouse.
