HealthFlex Summit Registration Now Open

Registration for the HealthFlex Summit is now open. Click here to register. Registration closes on Friday, September 19. A tentative agenda and other event details for the HealthFlex Summit are available here.

The HealthFlex Summit will be held on Tuesday, October 21 in San Diego, California, at the Catamaran Hotel Resort and Spa.

The Summit’s timing and location coordinate with the Association of United Methodist Conference Pension and Benefits Officers (AUMCPBO) meeting. The HealthFlex Summit and the AUMCPBO event are two separate meetings sharing the same location. This partnership enabled better rates and lower expenses for both groups.

The General Board will pay a portion of expenses for one representative from each HealthFlex plan sponsor to attend the HealthFlex Summit. Expenses paid by the General Board include 50% of air travel (when arranged through Travel Leaders) and one night lodging (Monday night, October 20).

Registration Details

When you register for the Summit, your lodging for Monday, October 20 (one night only), will be arranged by the General Board.

If you plan to attend the AUMCPBO meeting, please reserve your lodging for that meeting directly with the Catamaran Resort at 1-800-422-8386. Your hotel stay for AUMCPBO will then begin on Tuesday, October 21.
