Plan Sponsor Webconferences—This Week
Please plan to join one of the January HealthFlex plan sponsor webconferences. Both calls will cover the same information, so choose the time that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff.
- Tuesday, January 13, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, Central time; or
- Wednesday, January 14, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., Central time

Dial-In Details
The General Board offers webconferencing through AT&T iConnect.
To connect your computer to the webconference (recommended), click here.
- Enter your name and e-mail address.
- Click “call me” on the screen with call-in information.
- At the prompt, enter your phone number. The webconferencing system will automatically call your telephone to connect you to the webconference.
To participate by telephone only (audio portion only; no computer):
- Dial 1-888-858-6182.
- Enter the meeting access code 5309958 when prompted, followed by the pound sign (#).
The webconference online portion is optional, but it will enhance your ability to follow along during the conference call.
