May Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Save the Dates

HealthFlex plan sponsor webconferences are scheduled for these dates:

Wednesday, May 13, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Central time; and
Thursday, May 14, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., Central time.

Both calls will cover the same information, so choose the time that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff. An agenda will be distributed prior to the webconferences via HealthFlex Express.

New Dial-In Details

Please note: The General Board is using a new webconferencing system through “GoToMeeting” software, so the dial-in procedures have changed. If you plan to participate in the webconference by computer (recommended), we suggest you click on the link below prior to the scheduled webconference to allow sufficient time for your computer to download and initiate GoToMeeting.
