June Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Save the Dates

HealthFlex plan sponsor webconferences originally scheduled for May have been rescheduled for these dates:

• Tuesday, June 16, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, Central time; and
• Tuesday, June 23, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., Central time.

We recognize that this is an extremely busy time for our conference plan sponsors and apologize for scheduling these webconferences in the midst of Annual Conference meetings. We have some timely updates and did not want to delay until later this summer. We hope that by scheduling the calls for separate weeks, we maximize the potential that someone from your staff can attend one of them. The calls will be recorded, should someone not be available for either date.

Tentative agenda items include the following:

• 2016 plan changes
• Policy updates
• Communications updates
• Vendor and administrative updates
• Wellness updates

Both calls will cover the same information, so choose the time that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff. A final agenda and presentation will be distributed prior to the webconferences via HealthFlex Express.

New Dial-In Details

Please note: The General Board is using a new webconferencing system through “GoToMeeting” software, so the dial-in procedures have changed. If you plan to participate in the webconference by computer (recommended), we suggest you click on the link below prior to the scheduled webconference to allow sufficient time for your computer to download and initiate GoToMeeting.
