OneExchange Claims—Updated Reimbursement Form

As mentioned in the April webconferences, OneExchange has updated its Reimbursement Form for participants’ health reimbursement account (HRA) claims. The new form directs claims to the OneExchange offices in El Paso, Texas. Claims should no longer be directed to Omaha, Nebraska.

If you provide the OneExchange form directly to participants or post on your website, please use this updated version.
