Summer Plan Sponsor Webconferences (HealthFlex and OneExchange)—Save the Dates
Please plan to join one or both of our next plan sponsor webconferences.
HealthFlex/HealthFlex Exchange Plan Sponsors
Webconferences for all HealthFlex and HealthFlex Exchange plan sponsors are scheduled for:
- Thursday, July 21 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m., Central time; and
- Tuesday, July 26 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Central time.
OneExchange Plan Sponsors
Webconferences for all OneExchange plan sponsors are scheduled for:
- Thursday, August 11 from 11:00 a.m. to noon, Central time; and
- Tuesday, August 16 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Central time.
Webconferences in each set will cover the same topics. Please note that webconferences for each set are scheduled in subsequent weeks to make it easier for plan sponsors or a member of the team to attend in case of summer vacations.
Dial-in details, agendas and support materials will be sent via HealthFlex Express closer to the weeks of July 21 and August 11.
Blueprint for Wellness Reminder—Deadline July 31
The deadline for completing the Blueprint for Wellness biometric screening (July 31) falls on a Sunday this year, so please encourage participants to complete their screenings by Friday, July 29. [Many Quest Diagnostics patient service centers (PSCs) and physician offices will be closed over the weekend.]
We welcome your partnership in promoting this screening to participants. Communications materials to help plan sponsors promote Blueprint for Wellness are available on the General Board extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123). Search under HealthFlex Tools & Resources. The 2016 Incentives FAQs provides helpful details for participants. This document is available on the HealthFlex/WebMD website after participants log in.
Important details:
- Participants who seek testing through a Quest Diagnostics facility must pre-register at 1-855-623-9355 (855-6BE-WELL) or through the HealthFlex/WebMD website.
- Participants who seek testing through their own primary care providers should ask the provider to complete and fax a Physician Results Form before the July 31 deadline.
- Within the next week, Evive Health will send reminders to participants who have not yet completed their screenings.
- Within the next week, Center for Health will send each plan sponsor a custom list of participants who completed their screenings either during an on-site screening event hosted by plan sponsors, at a Quest Diagnostics PSC or through their primary care provider.
Blueprint for Wellness is step 1 of the three-step HealthFlex wellness incentives program. Blueprint for Wellness results are automatically and confidentially uploaded into the participant’s HealthQuotient (HQ), which will make completing the HQ in August-September easier for participants.
