OptumRx Participant Survey

Center for Health is partnering with Versta Research—an independent third-party market research firm that administers the Clergy Health Survey—to survey HealthFlex participants about their experience with OptumRx, the plan’s prescription drug benefit partner. An online survey will be e-mailed this week to approximately 7,000 HealthFlex participants for whom we have e-mail addresses.

The survey is anonymous and focuses on participants’ experience with OptumRx, including filling prescriptions by retail or mail order, customer service, and communications including OptumRx website. Participants will receive this introduction e-mail (draft), with a hyperlink to the online survey.

Annual Election for 2017—Communications

This year’s HealthFlex Annual Election for 2017 benefits will be Wednesday, November 2 through Thursday, November 17. Annual Election brochures will be mailed to participants soon—to arrive in mailboxes next week.

There are six versions of Annual Election brochures, to allow the most appropriate communications based on the plans offered by each plan sponsor. Center for Health has e-mailed key contacts within each plan sponsor’s benefits office directly with a sample of the specific brochure being mailed to their participants.

A small subset of participants who will be unable to make elections online will receive a letter instead of a brochure. These individuals must contact their plan sponsor or the Wespath Benefits and Investments Health Team to make elections. The Health Team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Central time. If you have any questions about this group, please contact the Center for Health.

Additionally, Annual Election toolkit materials will be available soon on the Wespath extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123). Please use these materials to remind participants about Annual Election dates and details, and to communicate about 2017 plan changes.
