Annual Election Ends Tomorrow
HealthFlex Annual Election for 2017 benefits will close tomorrow—Thursday, November 17 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern time. Please refer to recent reporting from the Center for Health to identify participants who have not yet made this year’s elections. Note: Passive enrollment is permitted; it is not necessary for individuals to make elections to be enrolled in a HealthFlex plan for 2017.
We encourage plan sponsors to use Communications Toolkit materials if they wish to remind participants about the pending deadline. The Annual Election toolkit is available on the Wespath Benefits and Investments Extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123); select “HealthFlex Tools & Resources.” Targeted versions are available for HealthFlex Exchange and HealthFlex traditional groups.
Additionally, WebMD and Virgin Pulse will send e-mail reminders to participants with valid e-mail addresses on file.
December Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Save the Dates
Plan to join one of the December plan sponsor webconferences, which are scheduled for:
- Wednesday, December 7 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Central time; and
- Thursday, December 8 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., Central time.
Both webconferences will cover the same topics. Dial-in details will be sent via HealthFlex Express prior to the webconferences.
