This promotional postcard will be mailed this week to all HealthFlex participants. The postcard encourages participants and covered spouses to register in advance for the Blueprint for Wellness screening (April 1-July 31). More details about Blueprint for Wellness were provided in the March 14, 2017 HealthFlex Express.
