Plan Sponsor Webconference This Week—WebMD and Virgin Pulse Enhancements: Agenda and Details

Plan to join a HealthFlex plan sponsor webconference this week to learn more about well-being program enhancements and other HealthFlex updates, including:

• WebMD’s website redesign
• WebMD’s new mobile app
• Virgin Pulse’s new “social” platform
• Health Team support
• OptumRx website update

Webconferences are scheduled for:

• Tuesday, August 15 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Central time; and
• Thursday, August 17 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Central time.

Both webconferences will cover the same topics, so choose the date that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff. This presentation will be used.

Dial-In Details—New Registration Method (Pre-Registration Required)
Important: Center for Health is leveraging a new webinar software that requires you to pre-register for the webconference by clicking here. There are two registration links to choose from (by date). After pre-registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a unique link and call-in details for joining the webinar.

Participant Communications—WebMD E-Blast (New Mobile App, New Website)

This e-blast highlights WebMD’s new mobile app and redesigned website. It will be sent by WebMD to participants who have not opted out of receiving WebMD e-mails. However, because a significant portion of the HealthFlex population is opted out of WebMD e-mails, we also encourage plan sponsors to send the e-blast to your HealthFlex participants.
