October Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Agenda and Details

Plan to join one of the October plan sponsor webconferences. Both sessions will cover the same information, so choose the time that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff:

• Thursday, October 5 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Central time; or
• Tuesday, October 10 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Central time

Participant Mailing—Required Legal Notices

The annual mailing of required legal notices will be mailed to all HealthFlex primary participants over the next week, including a cover letter, Notice About Prescription Drug Coverage and Medicare (required by law) and a list of other regulatory notices available at wespath.org.

Additionally, we will mail an informational brochure about HealthFlex Annual Election to participants in mid-October. This year’s Annual Election will be November 1-16. Final versions of the brochures (targeted by audience) will be provided closer to the mailing date.
