Updates to Benefits Access

With many of our daily tasks taking place online and on mobile devices, it is important to make it easy for participants to find the information they need, when they need it. With this in mind, we have updated the Wespath retirement account management website, Benefits Access, to improve the ease and experience for participants. Wespath emailed participants in May to let them know about the enhanced site.

With an enhanced Benefits Access, participants will find the site:

• More intuitive, making it easier to quickly find information
• Simple to use on their mobile phones and tablets, and easy to read as the screen is configured to fit the device

The Benefits Access website address (benefitsaccess.org) and participants' personal log in information remains the same. All the tools and information participants are accustomed to are still there—likely with fewer clicks to get there. More updates to Benefits Access this fall will include customized participant benefit information for all Wespath plans for which the participant is eligible—retirement, health, wellness and life and disability—all in one place.
