Webconference on HRAs and Working Retirees—Save the Dates

Save the dates to participate in a webconference about health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and working retirees. Webconferences are scheduled for:

• Tuesday, November 15 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Central time; and
• Wednesday, November 16 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Central time.

Both sessions will cover the same information, so select the time that best fits your schedule. Dial-in details will be provided in a future On Board Express.

The webconferences will address questions raised by several annual conferences regarding working retirees who are covered by retiree HRAs, as discussed in the September 26, 2016 On Board Express. Additionally, Wespath Benefits and Investments is developing a white paper on this subject, for release in early November.

Center for Health Resources Available

The Center for Health has published two new Toolkits to help participants improve their overall well-being.

• This printable one-page WeightWatchers® Toolkit informs HealthFlex participants of the benefits and expenses covered by HealthFlex for this program.
• The Prediabetes Toolkit contains four printable pieces that cover the topics of diagnosing and reversing prediabetes for both HealthFlex and non-HealthFlex participants.

The Center for Health has also published its latest Center for Health Newsletter—a tool to support you and your population’s “path to well-being”, with useful and practical information based on the five dimensions of well-being—and the influence each dimension has on the others. This quarter’s issue focuses primarily on the financial dimension.

Each issue will also have two printable bulletins for you and others to share with congregations or other groups.
