Benefits Access for Plan Sponsors (BAP) Changes—Webinars Offered

The second-generation will launch soon for Benefits Access for Plan Sponsors—Wespath’s online benefit administration tool. Benefits Access offers:

• Strengthened Security—incorporating additional protective measures for both application users and sensitive information,
• Improved Usability—meeting advanced technological standards,
• Streamlined Service and Compensation—enabling faster data entry and fewer mistakes,
• Robust Reporting—providing immediate access to the most commonly requested participant details, and
• Better Batch Uploads—facilitating administrative tasks at the busiest times of the year.

Along with the launch of the new Benefits Access for Plan Sponsors, Wespath is creating a single point of entry for plan sponsors to access all Wespath administrative applications, the Wespath Portal. Wespath Portal will feature multifactor authentication, creating more secure access to our systems.

Webinars will be offered to preview the application on:

• Thursday, April 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Central time,
• Friday, April 21, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Central time, and
• Monday, May 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Central time.

All sessions will cover the same information, so please choose the one that best fits your schedule. Instructions for connecting to the meeting will be provided in an OnBoard Express next week.
