Wespath Portal Unavailable—Sunday, August 6

Wespath Portal (including Contribution Management and Benefits Access for Plan Sponsors) will be unavailable Sunday, August 6 from 6:00 a.m., Central time until the early afternoon. During this system outage, Wespath will update Contribution Management to enhance the look and feel, streamline system messages, and increase the security of plan sponsor and participant information.

Following the update, Contribution Management will be a stand-alone application accessible both through a button on Wespath Portal and via the current link in Benefits Access for plan sponsors. Wespath Portal features multi-factor authentication. At login, you will be periodically sent a secure authentication code to your approved device. This code must be entered to access the system.

If you do not currently use Contribution Management, this update will not impact you. If you have questions about Contribution Management or Wespath Portal, contact the Pension Administration team at 1-800-269-2244, ext. 4714 or pateam@wespath.org.
