The Center for Health has developed a new Toolkit for you to share with your participants to educate and provide strategies for reducing screen time for better health. We will also be hosting a webinar in which we will offer additional tips and strategies for decreasing screen time.

Decreased Screen Time Toolkit
The Decreased Screen Time Toolkit includes the following resources that you can forward or print and share with participants.
