Systems Unavailable December 31 to January 1

Wespath Portal, Benefits Access (participant and plan sponsor portals), Contribution Management, Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and the Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan will be unavailable from Sunday, December 31 at 8:00 p.m. to Monday, January 1 at 10:00 a.m., Central time, to allow for system maintenance and updates.

We apologize for any inconvenience this brief outage may cause.

Holiday Closing—New Year’s Day

Wespath will be closed on Monday, January 1, in observance of New Year’s Day. Customer service assistance will be unavailable that day.

Benefits Access for participants can be used to access account information and make transactions once the system updates described in the article above are complete. The automated phone system, accessible by calling 1-800-851-2201, is also available for participants.

The Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and Benefit Access Portal for Plan Sponsors will be also available for plan sponsors, conferences and institutions once the system updates are completed on January 1.
