Save the Date: Webinars to Discuss Commission on a Way Forward Report—July 11, 12

Wespath will hold two, 1½ hour webinars to address questions regarding potential benefit plan impacts of the report of the Commission on a Way Forward to the 2019 General Conference. The report is expected to be released on or after July 8; note that webinar dates are contingent on the report’s release date, and may be adjusted.

The webinars will be held:

• Wednesday, July 11 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m., Central time, and
• Thursday, July 12 from 10:30 a.m. to noon, Central time.

Both webinars will cover the same information, so choose the time that best fits your schedule. Instructions for connecting to the meeting will be provided in an Onboard Express that will be sent in advance of the webinars.

Systems Unavailable—June 30 at 8 p.m.

The following systems will be unavailable from Saturday, June 30 at 8:00 p.m. to Sunday, July 1 at 10:00 a.m., Central time to allow for system maintenance and updates:

• Wespath Institutional Investor Portal
• Contribution Management
• Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan

Initial Benefit Payments—July Retirees

Initial benefit payments for July 1 retirees are sent on the second business day of the month. Since banks are closed for the Independence Day holiday on July 4, payments will generally be available within three business days for retirees who are receiving payments electronically.
