Know Be4 Security Training—Licensing Opportunity

Cybersecurity attacks are on the rise, but a well-trained, informed staff can identify attempts at unauthorized access to data and help contain risks. That’s why Wespath and the General Council on Finance and Administration (GCFA) have partnered to offer a discounted licensing opportunity for the industry-leading security awareness training they use to train their own employees: KnowBe4.

Please review this handout for details about this opportunity, and contact GCFA at it@gcfa.org with any questions.

Call Center Security Enhancements

As announced during the March Conference Forum presentation on Cybersecurity, we have changed the process for securing participant calls to Wespath. This change is in alignment with our continued organizational commitment to security, reducing opportunities for fraudulent access to participant accounts and information. It leverages technology that has already been employed in the Benefits Access platform.

A pilot for the new process began in June; it was rolled out to all customer service teams for participant calls in August. If you have questions about the new security upgrades, contact your conference liaison or plan sponsor manager.
