Save the Date: Demonstration of Moving Expense Payment Entry in Benefits Access—October 9 and 10

Wespath will host two webinars to demonstrate updates to Benefit Access for plan sponsors that will allow users to enter one-time moving expenses. Attendees will also be provided a timeline for data entry and instructions for submitting previously recorded moving expense amounts for batch upload.

The webinars are scheduled for:

• Tuesday, October 9 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Central time, and
• Wednesday, October 10 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., Central time.

Both sessions will cover the same information, so choose the time that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff. Instructions for connecting to the meeting will be provided in an On Board Express that will be sent in advance of the webinars.

• Mini HealthFlex Summit will take place the afternoon of Tuesday, April 9
• Conference Forum will take place Wednesday, April 10 through the morning of Thursday, April 11

The dates have been delayed from the normal timeframe due to General Conference 2019. Additional details will be provided as we approach the event dates.
