Participant Communication—Letter about Direct Deposit Requirement

Wespath is involved in a multi-year effort to enhance account security and reduce the agency’s environmental impact. As previously communicated, participants receiving recurring benefit payments will be required to receive those payments electronically starting next year.

We will send a letter to the remaining affected participants to explain the advantages of direct deposit and notify them that the Direct Deposit form must be returned or direct deposits set up in Benefits Access by December 1. An updated conference-specific list of affected participants also will be sent to each conference for your awareness.
