To more fully anticipate year-end institutional investor cash flows and ensure a seamless transition into 2019, we ask that you please notify us regarding any large year-end account transactions your conference plans to make outside of those already communicated and/or associated with planned year-end benefit funding.
By Friday, December 21, e-mail your Conference Liaison or Plan Sponsor Manager if your organization plans transactions from December 21-31, 2018 in excess of $1 million, including:
Please list the account names, Wespath investment funds impacted, transaction types and anticipated amounts.

The Wespath Portal, Benefits Access (participant and plan sponsor portals), Contribution Management, Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and the Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan will be unavailable from Monday, December 31 at 3:00 p.m., Central time, through Tuesday, January 1, 2019 to allow for system maintenance and updates.

Wespath will close at 3:00 p.m., Central time, on Monday, December 24, and will remain closed through Tuesday, December 25, in observance of Christmas. Customer service assistance will be unavailable during this time.
Benefits Access for participants can be used to access account information and complete transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The automated phone system, accessible by calling 1-800-851-2201, will also be available for participants.
