Annual Tax Reporting Forms Update

In the January 25, 2019 issue of On Board Express, Wespath communicated that Form 480.7C—Informative Return—Retirement Plans and Annuities for Puerto Rico would be mailed to residents of Puerto Rico by March 6, 2019.

However, the Department of Treasury of Puerto Rico granted an extension of time to file Form 480.7C. The new deadline is March 15, 2019.

Form 480.7C will not be available online and will be sent via U.S. Mail by March 15, 2019. Participants who wish to receive an additional copy of the form after it is mailed can contact Wespath at 1-800-851-2201.
