Participant Communication—PIN Elimination

Wespath will send eblasts that aim to promote Benefits Access registration by explaining that the PIN has been eliminated. The PIN was replaced by a new, secure process to verify participant identity.

These eblasts will be sent to participants who are not registered for Benefits Access. The communications will be spread out in multiple batches over approximately a two-month period in order to ensure that Wespath representatives are able to quickly respond to participants who have trouble accessing their accounts.
