Benefits Access for Participants Unavailable—Saturday, July 27

Benefits Access for participants will be unavailable due to a system update on Saturday, July 27 beginning at 6:00 a.m. and ending by noon, Central time. The update will include security enhancements, as well as the following changes:

UMPIP Webinar—Wednesday, July 31

Wespath Benefits Educators will be holding a hour-long webinar Wednesday, July 31 at 1:00 p.m., Central time, to explain how saving in UMPIP can help participants prepare for their financial futures. This webinar will cover how to maximize the plan, contribute to it, manage contributions and more.

Clergy and lay participants will be invited to attend via an e-blast that will be sent on July 24. The e-blast also contains a link to a savings video designed to encourage savings and prudent financial decision-making throughout a clergyperson’s career.

Early Closing—Friday, July 26

Wespath will close at 11:00 a.m., Central time, on Friday, July 26 for its annual all-employee picnic. Customer service assistance will not be available after that time.

Benefits Access for participants can be used to access account information and complete transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The automated phone system, accessible by calling 1-800-851-2201, will also be available for participants.

The Benefit Access Portal for Plan Sponsors and Wespath Institutional Investor Portal will be available to plan sponsors, conferences and institutions.

If an urgent situation arises on Friday after 11:00 a.m., please call 1-847-866-4683 and provide your contact information. A Wespath representative will contact you within 30 minutes.
