EY Website Launch—November 5

EY Financial Planning Services will launch a new website—EY Navigate^TM—to replace the current EY website on November 5.

EY Navigate will include familiar tools and educational resources from the current site, with added technology and functionality, such as:

• Direct messaging to help participants connect with their financial planners
• New, more focused questionnaires with bite-sized actions participants can take to improve their financial situations
• Account aggregation so that they can link financial accounts (checking, savings, etc.) and retirement account balances at Wespath and other providers for a more comprehensive view of their progress toward goals and cash flow
• A new Confidence Checkup that replaces the Financial Wellness Assessment

Impact on Participants

Accessing the new website will require participants to register, even if they are registered for the current site, to ensure security. In addition, participants who uploaded documents to their secure mailboxes on the current EY website, will need to download and save them by November 1. The documents will not be accessible from EY Navigate. If participants need access to these documents after November 1, their EY planners will have to retrieve them manually.

Participant Notification

Participants will receive communications about the launch from Wespath and EY, as follows:

• The first eblast will be sent from Wespath on October 8 to participants who are currently registered for the website, informing them that they must download any documents saved to their accounts by November 1.
• The second eblast will be sent from EY on October 22 to participants who are currently registered for the website, reminding them that they must download any documents saved to their accounts by November 1 and to promote features of the new site.
• The third eblast will be sent from Wespath on November 7 to all participants who are eligible for EY to notify them that EY Navigate is available, to promote features of the new website and to encourage registration. Participants in HealthFlex will receive wellness points for registering and for completing the Confidence Checkup (if they didn’t already complete the Financial Wellness Assessment in 2019).

After speaking with a few benefits officers in recent weeks, Wespath has recognized that we could better support your efforts to efficiently schedule board of pensions and other conference meetings, and plan travel, by providing earlier notification of our meeting and event dates. About the Quadrennial Benefits Conferences

Quadrennial Benefits Conferences are held in the fall after each General Conference for conference leaders and benefit personnel, such as conference board of pension members, benefit officers and staff, treasurers, cabinet and other conference leaders. These meetings are designed to help equip attendees for making decisions about benefit plans, programs and services, and discuss changes implemented during General Conference There will be more details to come on the actual sessions, as we move into next year and through General Conference 2020.
