Benefits Access Portal (BAP) Outage

We are experiencing technical issues with the Benefits Access Portal (BAP) that required us to take this application down at 8:00 a.m. this morning. This application is used by Customer Service to secure participant calls. Therefore, as a preventive measure to protect participant information, our call center representatives are also unavailable.

To resolve the problem, all customer-facing web applications will be taken offline at 3:15 p.m. Central time. During this time, Benefits Access (participant portal), Benefits Access Portal and the Institutional Portal will be unavailable. We will be working through the evening to ensure the problem is resolved and all systems, including our phones, are up and running in the morning.

Please understand this is not a security issue and at no time was participant information or data at risk.

If we are unable to resolve the problem this evening, we will communicate appropriately.

If you have a participant who experienced a problem as a result of this, please direct them to call 1-800-851-2201 after 9:00 a.m. Central time tomorrow for resolution.
