New Benefits Access Coming December 12

We are excited to announce the new Benefits Access will officially launch on Saturday, December 12. With any website upgrade, we expect a brief system downtime. We will communicate the exact times of the outage next week prior to launch. For more information about the new site, please refer to our FAQs.

Important Things to Remember About the New and Improved Benefits Access

• Participants will have all their Wespath retirement, health, well-being, and life and disability benefit information in Benefits Access.
• Participants will log in to the new Benefits Access using their existing login credentials at benefitsaccess.org.
• HealthFlex/WebMD will still be available for HealthFlex participants and spouses in the first part of 2021. We will notify of a sunset date once a decision is finalized.
• This enhancement is not available on the Benefits Access app. A mobile-friendly view will be available on the Benefits Access website.
• The Benefits Access Portal for Plan Sponsors will not change.

Virtual Clergy Event: Wespath Benefits and Investments "Delivered to You"

Wespath is excited to be hosting another "Delivered to You" educational event. This virtual event will bring education and five dimensions of well-being to all active clergy in their workplace/home space.

The Wespath meetings and events team has changed direction from live, in-person opportunities to offering a virtual event that will provide an energizing customer experience in a new and different way. Wespath Benefits and Investments "Delivered to You" will be hosted on Monday and Tuesday, February 8-9, 2021 and will be two half days—in the afternoon. The event will provide educational information that will inspire and encourage clergy of all ages and stages in ministry.

We are excited about this virtual event and hope you will help us promote it within your conference. We are grateful for your partnership in this adventure and for your ongoing support.

Registration is now open.

The registration fee is $49.00. The fee offsets the cost of an event Care Kit that will be delivered to each attendee who is registered in advance, to help them participate fully and enjoy the event more.
