New Benefits Access Coming This Weekend

On December 9, we sent an e-blast to participants letting them know about the launch of the new Benefits Access this Saturday. Please remember we anticipate an outage occurring from Saturday December 12 at 4:30 a.m., Central time through early evening Saturday to allow for system updates. During this time the Wespath Portal, Benefits Access (participant and plan sponsor portals), Contribution Management, Institutional Investor Portal and the Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan (CBFP) will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause and will e-mail you once all systems are restored.

Important Things to Remember About the New Benefits Access

We received an email confirming delivery, and we’re checking it twice

Tis the season to be tracking packages! We just want to make sure the main contact or CBO/treasurer of your annual conference received a complimentary kit for Saving Grace: A Guide to Financial Well-Being. These kits were mailed the week of November 16.

The Saving Grace program is a new money management program that aligns biblical faith and personal finance. It is designed to help clergy and laity alike reach personal financial goals and achieve a sustainable financial life. This unique six-week curriculum encourages discussion around topics including earning, spending, debt reduction and charitable giving.

We recognize the instrumental role your organization plays in supporting financial literacy education for clergy and lay congregational leaders, and we greatly appreciate any time you can spend raising awareness of the program. To learn more about Saving Grace we encourage you to explore the following resources:

If you did not receive the complimentary kit, or for additional information, please contact your Wespath client relationship manager.

Virtual Clergy Event: Wespath Benefits and Investments "Delivered to You"

Wespath is excited to be hosting another "Delivered to You" educational event. This virtual event will bring education and five dimensions of well-being to all active clergy in their workplace/home space.

The Wespath meetings and events team has changed direction from live, in-person opportunities to offering a virtual event that will provide an energizing customer experience in a new and different way. Wespath Benefits and Investments "Delivered to You" will be hosted on Monday and Tuesday, February 8-9, 2021 and will be two half days—in the afternoon. The event will provide educational information that will inspire and encourage clergy of all ages and stages in ministry.

We are excited about this virtual event and hope you will help us promote it within your conference. We are grateful for your partnership in this adventure and for your ongoing support.

Registration is now open.

The registration fee is $49.00. The fee offsets the cost of an event Care Kit that will be delivered to each attendee who is registered in advance, to help them participate fully and enjoy the event more.

Check our website for more information and to invite your clergy to register today.

Thank you for your support as Wespath continues providing education to help clergy make informed benefit decisions and caring for those who serve.
