Power of Attorney Information Change

Effective April 1, 2021, the email address for power of attorney form submission is POA@wespath.org. Please make note of this in your internal processes when discussing power of attorney with participants or designated powers of attorney. Questions regarding power of attorney should be directed to Customer Service at 1-800-851-2201.

Participant Communications: Virgin Pulse^® All-UMC Challenge Starts Soon

Individuals who are enrolled in Virgin Pulse can sign up for our first all-UMC challenge of 2021, the Lunch Break Showdown. Registration will open April 19.

The Lunch Break Showdown runs from May 3-31. It is open to individuals offered the Virgin Pulse Physical Activity Program either through HealthFlex or directly through their annual conference. While individuals are encouraged to set a time each day around lunch for virtual team walks, non-lunch walks also will count.

Virgin Pulse is planning to send the following e-mails to individuals for the challenge:

• April 19: Challenge invite
• April 30: Join team reminder
• May 3: Challenge starts
• May 17: Halfway point
• May 31: Challenge ends
• June 3: Wrap up
