LifeStage Retirement Income Enhancements Now Available

On April 2, Wespath launched enhancements to LifeStage Retirement Income, including improvements to the retirement benefits enrollment process and the addition of new features: the Social Security Bridge and Longevity Income Protection. Click here to learn more about the revamped LifeStage Retirement Income program. Participants already receiving LifeStage Retirement Income payments will receive communications about their account view in benefits. Clergy intending to retire in 2022 and retirees with account balances who may benefit from the new features will receive an announcement about the program launch.

The Future of Investor Engagement: A Call for Systematic Stewardship to Address Systemic Climate Risk

Through our membership in the Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance, Director of Investment Stewardship Jake Barnett co-authored a paper that envisions the future of investor engagement on climate change. The paper identifies the limitations of corporate engagement in furthering the net-zero transition and explores ways institutional investors can expand their support of decarbonization through policy, value chain and asset manager engagements.
