Wespath Closing Early—Friday, December 16

Wespath will close at 11:30 a.m., Central time, on Friday, December 16, due to our annual staff holiday celebration. Customer Service assistance will be unavailable after 11:30 a.m. Friday until we return to normal business hours on Monday, December 19.

Benefits Access for participants can be used to access account information and complete transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and Benefit Access Portal for Plan Sponsors will be available to plan sponsors, conferences and institutions.

If an urgent situation arises on Friday between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Central time, please call 1-847-866-4683 and provide your contact information. A Wespath representative will contact you before 2:00 p.m.

Systems Unavailable—Saturday, December 17

Wespath will be making updates to our phone system this weekend as we implement a new process to automate the call authentication process using the interactive phone system ("IVR"). For many participants, the new process will offer an easier option for verifying their identity when calling Wespath's Customer Service teams.

To accommodate this update, the Wespath Portal, Benefits Access for Plan Sponsors, Contribution Management, Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and the Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan will be unavailable Saturday, December 17 from 6:00 a.m. through early afternoon, Central time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this brief outage may cause.
