Register for Conference Forum and Mini HealthFlex Summit

Wespath invites conference benefits officers, treasurers, board of pension members and health benefits administrators to attend the Conference Forum on Wednesday, April 12 and Thursday, April 13, followed by the Mini HealthFlex Summit the morning of Friday, April 15. Both in-person events will take place at the Loew's Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois.

You'll experience worship, fellowship with peers from across the U.S., and presentations on topics such as General Conference, disaffiliation, safeguarding legacy retirement plans, 2024 HealthFlex plan designs and much more. Register today - registration closes on March 20.

Wespath will supplement attendance costs for 1 person per conference (includes airfare, hotel stay up to three nights, and meals). Additional attendees will pay their own airfare, hotel and registration fee of $385 (covers all breaks, dinner on Wednesday, breakfast/lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday).

Over the last few months, Wespath has notified participants that we will no longer send paper quarterly statements. We've been encouraging participants to register for Benefits Access, where their statements are always available—but we could use your help! Below are some communication tools that you can use for outreach. Thanks in advance for your partnership!

2024 Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plans Live & Webinar Update

The 2024 Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan (CBFP) application has now launched. You may log into the system and begin work. If you would like a refresher on the application, Wespath will host an hour-long virtual training session on Wednesday, March 22, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., Central time.
