First Quarter Investment Webinar Coming Soon

Participant Communications

This week we sent clergy intending to retire in 2023 an email invitation to our retirement webinars on May 2 and May 4. These webinars are also helpful for clergy thinking about retiring in the next few years.

Conference Forum Presentations Available

We were excited to see many of you in person at this week's Conference Forum! Presentation materials from the event, as well as a post-event evaluation survey, are available here. If you didn't complete the paper survey during the event, we'd appreciate your feedback through the Post-Event Survey link.

Participants Access Quarterly Statement Online

Beginning in April 2023, quarterly account statements for participants will only be available via electronic delivery through www.benefitsaccess.org. Wespath will no longer mail paper statements to most participants.

Electronic delivery of quarterly retirement statements through Benefits Access is fast, easy and secure. Plus, it demonstrates Wespath's commitment to environmental and financial stewardship. Participants will receive an email each quarter saying that their statement is ready to view: in early April (Q1 statement), early July (Q2), early October (Q3) and early January (Q4/year-end).

Participants who typically received their statements via U.S. Mail received one of these letters (sent between October and January):

• For participants registered in Benefits Access but currently receiving printed statements in the mail
• For participants who are not yet registered in Benefits Access

This change also has been communicated through our monthly Wespath Update participant e-blast. More information about this change was provided in the October 20, 2022, On Board Express.
