New Clergy Event: "Live from Wespath" on May 17

Conference Forum/Mini-HealthFlex Summit Presentations Available

We were delighted to present an in-person Conference Forum/Mini HealthFlex Update last week in Chicago. Presentation materials from the event, as well as a post-event evaluation survey, are available here. Streamlining Your Calls to Wespath

Thank you for your feedback at the Conference Forum about challenges in reaching your intended party when calling Wespath's 800 number. As our call routing is based on the caller's phone number on record, plan sponsor representatives and/or CBOs calling from their personal phone were often routed as active participants.

We have addressed this by adding a prompt in our Active Participant Menu with the option to route to the Plan Sponsor Menu. You will hear: "If you are a plan sponsor, annual conference treasurer or conference benefits office…" and you will be directed to press a number. As always, we welcome your feedback.

Participant Communications

On April 14, 17 and 18, we sent eblasts to participants notifying them of the availability of their first quarter statement in Benefits Access. As a reminder, effective April 2023, participants will no longer receive paper quarterly statements from Wespath via U.S. mail. Participant statements are available through our secure participant account website, benefitsaccess.org.

This eblast also included a link to the "Key Takeaways from First Quarter's Markets" blog by Joe Halwax and a link to our quarterly Investment Update video.
