Reminder to Update Benefits Access

Just a reminder that timely updates to Benefits Access for all participant-related changes effective January 1, 2024 are very important. This data is used for the actuarial valuations performed in 2024 for 2026 contributions, so it is critical that your participant data—especially 2024 compensation and appointment percentages—is accurate and up to date.

Please contact your Client Relationship Manager or Client Services Manager with any questions.

Wespath Closing Early—Friday, December 15

Wespath will close at 11:00 a.m., Central time, on Friday, December 15, due to our annual staff holiday celebration. Customer Service assistance will be unavailable after 11:00 a.m. Friday until we return to normal business hours on Monday, December 18.

Benefits Access for participants can be used to access account information and complete transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and Benefit Access Portal for Plan Sponsors will be available to plan sponsors, conferences and institutions.

Systems Maintenance

Wespath Portal, Benefits Access (participant and plan sponsor portals), Contribution Management, Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and the Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan will be unavailable from Sunday, December 31 at 8:00 p.m. until Monday, January 1 at 7:00 a.m., Central Time, to allow for system maintenance and updates.

We apologize for any inconvenience this brief outage may cause.

About the Quadrennial Benefits Conferences

Quadrennial Benefits Conferences are held in the fall following each General Conference for conference leaders and benefit personnel, such as conference board of pension members, benefit officers and staff, treasurers, cabinet and other conference leaders. These meetings are designed to help equip attendees with information to make decisions about benefit plans, programs and services, and discuss the benefits-related changes implemented during General Conference. More details to come.
