Conference Forum & HealthFlex Mini Summit Registration Open

We are pleased to inform you that the registration site for Conference Forum & HealthFlex Mini Summit taking place March 6-8, 2024 at the Loews Chicago O Hare is now open!

Wespath will pay for 1 person per conference this includes airfare, hotel stay up to three nights and meals. Upon completion of your registration, you will be directed to use the hotel booking link to make your hotel reservations, and it is noted that Wespath will cover your hotel stay. Travel Leaders will contact those attending at Wespath's expense to book their air travel.

Additional conference attendees pay their own airfare and hotel. When they complete their registration, they will be directed to use the hotel booking link to make their hotel reservation. We have also included the phone number for Travel Leaders if they would like assistance in booking their travel, at their expense. The registration fee is $385 which covers their food expense all breaks, dinner on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.

Please complete your registration and hotel reservations on or before February 14, as that is the hotel cutoff for the discounted room block rate.
