Register Today for Conference Forum & HealthFlex Mini Summit
This year's Conference Forum & HealthFlex Mini Summit on March 6-8 at the Lowes Chicago O'Hare features updates about Compass, Wespath initiatives and strategic direction, clergy well-being, best practices, the Comprehensive Protection Plan, and much more! This event is a great opportunity to learn and connect with your peers from annual conferences around the country.
Wespath will pay for 1 person per conference (includes airfare, hotel stay up to three nights and meals). Once you register, you will be directed to use the hotel booking link to make your hotel reservations, and you'll see a note that Wespath will cover your hotel stay. Travel Leaders will contact those attending at Wespath's expense to book their air travel.
Additional conference attendees pay their own airfare and hotel. When they complete their registration, they will be directed to use the hotel booking link to make their hotel reservation. We have also included the phone number for Travel Leaders if they would like assistance in booking their travel, at their expense. The registration fee is $385, which covers their food expense, all breaks, dinner on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.
Please complete your registration and hotel reservations on or before February 14.
Upcoming Systems Maintenance Outage
Wespath Portal, Benefits Access (participant and plan sponsor portals), Contribution Management, Wespath Institutional Investor Portal and the Comprehensive Benefit Funding Plan will be unavailable from Saturday, February 17 to Tuesday, February 20 at 7:00 a.m., Central time, to allow for system maintenance and updates. Customer Service will not be available until noon on Tuesday, February 20. Anyone using the "Contact Us" form on wespath.org for inquiries may also experience a 2-3 business day delay in response.
