Resolved—Wespath Systems Outage

As you may have heard, a global Microsoft system outage occurred early this morning. Wespath quickly reviewed our systems for potential impact and briefly suspended certain functions like Benefits Access and the Benefits and Investment Portal. We have since restored all services and customer support. Please be assured that your participants' retirement accounts and your deposit and investment accounts are secure. We have also notified participants about the outage and response via email.

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.
