We would like to encourage clergy participating in CRSP to keep their financial future in mind during their annual compensation conversations with their Staff-Parish Relations Committee. To that end, we sent this eblast to approximately 4,170 clergy contributing less than 4% of their pay to UMPIP according to our records. The eblast encourages them to make a personal contribution of at least 4% to set them up for success when Compass starts and 4% qualifies them for the full match. The email also encourages clergy to contact EY Financial Planning Services if they would like help developing a budget that prioritizes saving for retirement. We kindly request your partnership with this message.
