2024 Quadrennial Benefits Conference—Presentations and Resources

Thank you for attending this year's Quadrennial Benefits Conferences (QBCs)! Thank You: The Move to Contribution Management

Thank you for helping us achieve the milestone of more than 4,000 Wespath plan sponsors who've switched from paper billing and check remittance to using Contribution Management. As a reminder, Wespath now requires plan sponsors to use Contribution Management to remit UMPIP contributions. This move allows us to operate as responsible stewards to our plan participants and the environment by ensuring immediate investment of plan contributions and reducing paper waste. To get started as a Contribution Management user, check out the resources and training videos available at wespath.org/r/cm.

Virgin Pulse Rebrand to Personify Health—Timeline

As we announced in September, Virgin Pulse will be rebranding as Personify Health beginning on January 1, 2025. Below is a schedule of communications about this change to plan sponsors and participants for your awareness.

• Week of September 2, 2024 - HealthFlex Express and Onboard Express: Announcement to plan sponsors
• Week of September 30, 2024 - HealthFlex Express: Timeline details
• Week of October 7, 2024 - Onboard Express: Timeline details
• October 8, 2024 - E-mail to participants from Wespath
• October 9, 2024 - Transition logo on Virgin Pulse
• December 2, 2024 - Announcement card in Virgin Pulse
• December 2, 2024 - E-mail to participants from Virgin Pulse
• Early December - Handouts and web content updated and available for use
• December 27, 2024 - Reminder e-mail to participants from Virgin Pulse
• January 1, 2025 - Personify Health launch
• January 2, 2025 - New Years E-mail from Personify Health
