HealthFlex Mini-Summit Follow-Up

Blueprint for Wellness—Participant Postcard

A promotional postcard will be mailed to all participants in HealthFlex active plans the week of March 31 to encourage them to preregister for the Blueprint for Wellness screening (April 1-July 31). Preregistration is strongly recommended for on-site screenings during annual conference or staff wellness events and required for off-site screenings at a Quest Diagnostics location.

Any active participant who cannot access a Quest Diagnostics facility or on-site screening may be eligible for the $100 HealthCash incentive and up to 90 Wellness Points if his or her personal physician completes and faxes the Physician Results Report Form.

Please use Communications Toolkit materials to encourage participation and preregistration. You can find the Toolkit, Physician Results Report Form and other helpful materials on the General Board extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123); browse under “HealthFlex Tools & Resources.”

Virgin Pulse System Updates

To allow an update to its system prior to the second-quarter activity challenge, Virgin Pulse HealthMiles will have a blackout for new enrollments from Saturday, March 29 through Friday, April 4. Participants who try to enroll in Virgin Pulse during this blackout will view a message informing them to enroll after April 4.

Individuals who are already enrolled in Virgin Pulse will not be impacted.

Plan Sponsor Annual Reports—April
