October Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Save the Dates
HealthFlex plan sponsor webconferences are scheduled for these dates:
- Wednesday, October 7 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Central time; and
- Thursday, October 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Central time.
Both calls will cover the same information, so choose the time that is most convenient for you or a member of your staff. An agenda and dial-in details will be distributed prior to the webconferences via HealthFlex Express.
HealthFlex Summit—Save the Date
Mark your calendar for the HealthFlex Summit—scheduled for Thursday, November 5 in Chicago. Registration is now open.
Tentative agenda topics for this full-day Summit include:
- Health care reform and plan strategy
- Plan sponsor-facilitated discussions
- HealthFlex Exchange experience
- Health care reform and strategy
- Plan vendor and administrative updates
- Wellness program and incentives updates/strategies

Participant Communication—HQ Reminder Postcard
This reminder postcard will be mailed next week to about 5,800 participants who have not completed the HealthQuotient (HQ) as of September 8.
Participants and covered spouses must complete the HQ by September 30, 2015 to avoid paying a higher medical plan deductible in 2016: $250 higher (individual deductible) or $500 higher (family deductible with spouse in HealthFlex). For households with a primary participant and spouse in HealthFlex, both covered individuals must take the HQ during the incentive timeframe to avoid the higher deductible.
Lists of those who have not yet completed HQ will also be emailed to the plan sponsors September 22 and again on September 29.
Annual Election—November 4–19
This year’s HealthFlex Annual Election will be November 4–19. Watch for more information and participant communications in early October.
