February Plan Sponsor Webconferences—Save the Dates

HealthFlex plan sponsor webconferences are scheduled for these dates:

• Tuesday, February 16, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., Central time; and
• Thursday, February 18, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Central time.

Both webconferences will discuss the same information, so choose the date that is most convenient for you or a staff member. An agenda and dial-in details will be distributed prior to the webconferences via HealthFlex Express.

Participant Mailing—2016 Wellness Incentives

This brochure highlighting the 2016 Wellness Incentives program will be mailed to HealthFlex participants next week.

Plan sponsors are encouraged to use the HealthFlex Toolkit to remind participants about this year’s incentives opportunities. The Toolkit is available on the General Board extranet (username: extranet; password: gbop!123) under HealthFlex Tools & Resources.
