2019 Adoption Agreements Coming Soon
Adoption agreements for the 2019 plan year will soon be sent to you electronically. Completed and signed adoption agreements are due back to Wespath by June 30, 2018. Please contact your conference/plan sponsor liaison or Bob Gerlach at rgerlach@wespath.org with any questions.
New HIPAA Certification
Along with the adoption agreements, we have created a HIPAA certification form for plan sponsors in accordance with HIPAA best practices. Please review/sign and return this form with your adoption agreement.
